I had to give a shout-out to this amazing staff, especially Ms. Manel and Mr Mahendra. Always checking if I needed anything. One time i came back late and Ms. Manel personally helped me with my bags like you do for family.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but you know what, it was still acceptable for the experience I got.

The customer service at Plaza Inn was exceptional, particularly from Ms. Sana and Ms. Kiran at the lobby, who were welcoming and professional. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and the follow-up calls to check on guests were a nice touch that made me feel valued. The housekeeping staff, especially Mr Nabin, was friendly and helpful.

No significant complaints aside from minor issues with the AC remote.

We checked out the Souq Waqif and the Museum of Art, both close by. Staff were awesome, especially Yasir who was super accommodating. Room was comfy and spacious, perfect for hanging out. Great location too, easy access to transport. Overall, a solid pick for a group trip!
